We were fortunate to have the services of Rajeswari for our daughter’s wedding that took place in New Jersey in November 2021. Raji Creations is truly a one-stop-shop for all traditional Tamil Brahmin Wedding essentials from Kaasi Yatrai, Oonjal, Seer bakshanam display as well as stage management for the religious function which included procuring all items needed by the priest.
Raji personally designed the seer plates with colorful beads, provided us with decorated trays for the gift exchanges, and decorated paniyaram sets. The overall presentation was really very beautiful. Her creativity and eye for detail truly added a wow factor the wedding! The guests were very impressed by her unique seer ideas such as a badam cake shaped like a saree and a cashew cake like a dhoti set and the intricately designed boxes for akshadai.
Raji gave full support to the priest, helping the priest during the ceremony for items that he needed on the stage for the function. She coordinated with the wedding planner, working with them very closely. This really helped us in ensuring that religious function was performed correctly, on time for the muhurtam. Raji was always available during our planning process and gave us a lot of advice on the traditions. Her help and assistance freed us up from handling the religious details and gave us the time to focus on the other aspects of wedding planning and during the wedding, we could focus on the function and our guests as she was there to take care of all the fine details. Her overall execution and her unique ideas make her a must for any family who wants to perform a traditional Tamil wedding!
